Article 243Z Audit of accounts of Municipalities.

This article covers Municipality accounts. A State may by law provide for the maintenance of accounts by Municipalities. It may provide for the audit of those accounts. The Comptroller and Auditor-General may be entrusted with the audit. Accountability flows through the State's own arrangement.
