Article 243A Gram Sabha.

This article recognises the Gram Sabha. A Gram Sabha may exercise such powers and perform such functions at the village level as the Legislature of a State provides by law. The Gram Sabha is the general body of village voters. It is the base of the whole panchayat structure.
