Article 384 Council of Ministers of the Governors.
This article no longer exists. It had made transitional provision for the Councils of Ministers of the old Governors of the founding period. That work ended once the first elected bodies under the Constitution were in place. The 7th Amendment omitted it in 1956 with the rest of the transition clauses.
