Article 153 Governors of States.

This article provides a Governor for each State. The Governor is the constitutional head, like the President at the Union. The same person may serve as Governor of two or more States. This has been done in practice from time to time.
- There shall be a Governor for each State: Provided that nothing in this article shall prevent the appointment of the same person as Governor for two or more States.
