Article 211 Restriction on discussion in the Legislature.

This article limits debate about judges in State Legislatures. No discussion shall take place on the conduct of a Supreme Court or High Court judge in the discharge of his duties. There is one opening. A motion for an address to the President for the removal of the judge may be discussed.
- No discussion shall take place in the Legislature of a State with respect to the conduct of any Judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Court in the discharge of his duties.
