Article 281 Recommendations of the Finance Commission.

This article makes the Finance Commission public. The President causes every recommendation of the Commission to be laid before Parliament. An explanatory memorandum of the action taken accompanies it. The report is not filed away. It reaches the House and the record.
- The President shall cause every recommendation made by the Finance Commission under the provisions of this Constitution together with an explanatory memorandum as to the action taken thereon to be laid before each House of Parliament.
