Article 291 Privy purse sums of Rulers.

This article no longer exists. It had guaranteed the privy purse payments to the former rulers of princely States. The 26th Amendment omitted it in 1971 and abolished the privileges. The recognition of rulers as such also ended. This was a founding change of the era.
