Article 141 Law declared by Supreme Court to be binding on all courts.

This article makes Supreme Court precedent binding. The law declared by the Supreme Court binds all courts within the territory of India. Lower courts must follow what the Supreme Court has laid down. Only the Court itself can revisit its own precedent, under the review power of article 137.
