Article 79 Constitution of Parliament.

This article creates the Parliament of the Union. It consists of the President and two Houses known respectively as the Council of States and the House of the People. The Council of States is the Rajya Sabha. The House of the People is the Lok Sabha. The President is part of Parliament though not a member of either House.
