Article 70 Discharge of President's functions in other contingencies.

This article is a safety valve. Parliament may make provision for the discharge of the President's functions in any contingency not covered by this Chapter. It fills gaps the framers could not list. A sudden situation with no President and no Vice-President in place would be handled under a law made here.
- Parliament may make such provision as it thinks fit for the discharge of the functions of the President in any contingency not provided for in this Chapter.
